Add a formatting option for full path

Add a formatting option to print the full numeric path of an item ("1.2.3" rather than just "3"). Perhaps "%N" akin to "%n"?

This would also be useful in the context of searching, allowing for full-path listings such as 

 bash$ todo /[iI]tem
 1.1 Some item
 1.8.3 Some other item
