Make task numbers sticky

Description

It would be useful if the number associated with a particular task stayed constant. I have a global database for all my todos and a console screen that keeps a copy visible. If I mark one as 'done' and then mark another task as done, I end up marking the wrong task as done as the indexes changed between invocations.
