Vendor Support

At my current place of employ we rely quite heavily on vendor support. Typically our experience with these vendors is less than ideal: slow response times, vague answers, promises of callbacks that never eventuate. You get the idea.

Among all of this however, Sun stand out. Their Engineers are knowledgeable and their response times short. They know when to escalate issues and they actually follow up. In short, it is the kind of vendor experience that you would expect, but don't receive from any other vendors.
